OUR STORY

LoveHome Properties is a professional, independent estate agency based in County Clare, specialising in residential property sales, valuations, and personalised vendor representation. While LoveHome Properties has particular expertise in Quin, Kilkee, and West Clare, the agency provides services across all of County Clare.

Founded and led by Marissa McCarthy, a Chartered Auctioneer, LoveHome Properties brings together over 20 years of handson property experience, senior leadership expertise, and a modern, vendorfocused approach to selling homes in Clare. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Property Valuation & Management, multiple additional degrees, and a Master’s qualification, Marissa combines strong academic grounding with realworld market knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients.
Marissa began her career with Sherry FitzGerald, where she progressed to Branch Manager and consistently achieved top sales performance across the Clare property market. She has extensive experience selling homes throughout the county, with specialist knowledge of West Clare and Kilkee in particular. Her lifelong family connection to Kilkee provides invaluable local insight, enabling her to advise vendors with confidence, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the area.
